Lakefront RV lot refresh

An RV lot that had become overgrown, cleaned up and brought back to a finished, cared-for look. Property cleanup

The challengeBeds had filled with weeds and overgrowth, palms were carrying dead fronds, and dead plants and debris had built up around the shed.
The planClear out what was dead, cut back what had overgrown, and give the beds a clean, defined edge that is easy to keep up.
The workPalms, hedges and shrubs trimmed, dead plants and debris hauled off, beds cleaned and finished with fresh black mulch, and the concrete pads washed.
The resultA tidy, lakefront lot with shaped plantings, crisp mulch beds and clean hard surfaces.

Waterfront dock

A new dock on a Southwest Florida canal, with Morgan serving as project manager for the build. Waterfront projects bring together the dock, the seawall edge, the lawn and the lighting, and it helps to have one person keeping them coordinated.
