Commercial Grounds Maintenance
A written scope, a schedule you can plan around, and proof of every visit.

Recurring grounds care, with proof of every visit
A written scope, a schedule you can plan around, and dated photos after every visit.
Plans are built for the property after a site walk; there’s no one-size price for commercial grounds. Visits can be monthly, twice a month, seasonal or custom, and the frequency and scope go into a written agreement.
What a plan can include
- Mowing
- Palm, hedge and shrub trimming on a schedule
- Bed care: weeding, edging, mulch or shell top-ups
- Debris pickup and hard-surface blow-off
- Irrigation visual check, with repairs quoted separately
- Seasonal planting recommendations
- Scheduled pressure washing of walks, pads and common-area hardscape
- A photo report after every visit

After every visit
A report you can forward to the board.
- Date, areas covered and time on site
- What was done, with before-and-after photos
- Anything we noticed: a broken head, standing water, a sick palm
- Anything that needs a separate quote, so nothing is done without approval
Not included unless it’s written into the agreement
- Herbicide or pesticide applications
- Major tree work
- Emergency storm response
- Drainage engineering or permit work
- Plant replacement
Starting from overgrown?
Most properties start with a one-time restoration, then move to a maintenance plan so the work holds.
RV-lot owner plans at Cypress Woods are a separate residential program and are not commercial pricing.
