Getting a material delivery? Check access (optional)
  1. I know where on the property the material should be placed.
  2. There is a clear access route from the street to that spot.
  3. There is room for a delivery truck or trailer to pull in and unload.
  4. Gates on the route are wide enough, or there are no gates.
  5. My community or HOA allows bulk material deliveries (or has no rules about it).
  6. There are no low wires or branches over the route or drop spot.

This checklist helps you prepare. It does not guarantee access or delivery; final access and safety decisions depend on conditions on the day. Never move utility lines or enter unsafe areas yourself.

What happens next

From first photo to finished project

  1. Show us

    Send photos or tell us what you want to accomplish, through the request form or by phone.

  2. Plan it

    We review your request, follow up by your preferred method and clarify the scope, with a site visit if needed.

  3. See it

    You receive a written estimate by email through Joist, our estimating system, to review online.

  4. Approvals

    If your community, HOA or ARC requires approval, that comes next. We can help organize the information. The association decides, and we are not the approval authority.

  5. Build it

    Work is scheduled after you approve the estimate. We recommend having any required approvals in hand first.

  6. Enjoy it

    Your finished outdoor space.

This describes our usual process. It is not a fixed timeline, and not every project needs every step.
