Many lot improvements, such as new plantings, surfaces, lighting and structures, need Architectural Review Committee (ARC) approval before work starts. We can help you organize the project information the review usually asks for:

Photos of the lot as it is today
You submit the application, or we help you put it together, following your association’s current process and forms.
No. Unplugged Designs is a private contractor that works for individual owners. We are not the association, its management or its Architectural Review Committee.
Can you get my project approved?
We cannot approve projects or guarantee approval. We can help you prepare a clear description, plant and material lists, a simple layout and photos for your submission. The association makes the decision.
How do I get a price if I’m not in town?
Send your lot number or address, what you would like done and a few photos through the request form. We will follow up by your preferred method. For some jobs we may need to see the lot before giving a final price.
What does recurring lot care include?
There are three monthly plans: Essential Care (starting at $80/month), Premium Care (starting at $125/month) and Signature Care (starting at $175/month). Each includes one visit a month and a photo update after every visit. We confirm what’s included and the price for your lot up front.
Do you work year-round?
Yes. Plans run year-round, and we also offer seasonal care for owners who are away part of the year.
What if I need something extra?
We offer add-on services and one-time cleanups, such as pressure washing, mulch or shell refreshes and palm removal. See the add-on prices.
Is financing available?
For qualifying larger projects, financing may be available through Joist and its lending partner Acorn Finance. Unplugged Designs is not the lender. How financing works.
