Lakefront RV Lot Refresh
An overgrown RV lot cleaned up and brought back to a finished, cared-for look: trimmed palms and hedges, fresh mulch beds and washed pads.
- The problemBeds had filled with weeds and overgrowth, palms were carrying dead fronds, and dead plants and debris had built up around the shed.
- The planClear out what was dead, cut back what had overgrown, and give the beds a clean, defined edge that is easy to keep up.
- The workPalms, hedges and shrubs trimmed, dead plants and debris hauled off, beds cleaned and finished with fresh black mulch, and the concrete pads washed.

What shaped the approach here
RV lots here grow all summer while their owners are away, and a season of Southwest Florida rain and heat turns tidy beds into overgrowth. Shell and mulch surfaces also thin out over a summer, so a refresh is usually as much about restoring depth and edges as it is about trimming. Palms drop fronds and seed pods year round, which is why a cleanup that looks finished in May needs looking at again by autumn.
