Paver Walkway & Retaining Wall Pressure Washing
Stained, dark pavers and retaining wall block beside a home, pressure washed back to their original color.

What shaped the approach here
Humidity, shade and summer rain grow algae and mildew on paver surfaces faster here than in drier climates, and shaded areas under trees or on the north side of a house stain first. Washing also shows the state of the joints: the surface looks best, and lasts longest, when the joint sand is topped up afterwards and water is kept from running under the edge.
