Commercial Landscape Restoration

For properties that have gotten away from their last vendor, a hurricane season or a tight budget.

What restoration means

We clear what’s dead, cut back what’s overgrown, fix what’s broken underneath, and finish it so it looks deliberate.

Restoration is a one-time project that gets a property back to a standard it can be maintained at. It’s quoted after a site walk and split into phases, so a board or owner can approve the work in pieces that fit the budget.

What it usually includes

  • Overgrowth and volunteer tree removal
  • Palm, hedge and shrub cutback to a shape the plant can recover from
  • Dead plant and debris haul-off
  • Bed edges re-cut, fresh mulch, shell or rock
  • Irrigation repair and a zone-by-zone check
  • Swale and ditch clearing, regrading, and rip rap where water washes out
  • Replanting with Florida-friendly or wet-tolerant plants
  • Pressure washing of walks, pads and curbs once the dirty work is done

How we phase it

Three phases, each priced on its own.

Phase 1

Safe and presentable

Clearing, cutback and haul-off. The property stops looking abandoned on day one.

Phase 2

Fix what’s underneath

Irrigation, drainage and grade, so the finish work isn’t undone by the next summer storm.

After: trimmed palms over fresh mulch beds and lawn

Phase 3

Finish it

Planting, mulch or shell, lighting and washing. The part residents and buyers notice.

Before & after

The same approach, on a smaller property.

An overgrown RV lot: dead fronds, weeds through the beds, debris built up around the shed. Cleared, trimmed, hauled off, beds edged and mulched, pads washed. Common areas get the same sequence at a bigger scale.

What decides the cost

How much material leaves the site, access for equipment and trailers, how much is hand work, disposal volume, and what gets replanted. We price after a site walk, never from a square-foot formula.

What we don’t do

Large tree removal, engineered drainage design, and permitted work that needs a licensed engineer. We’ll tell you when a job needs one of those and work alongside whoever does it.
