Recent work
Waterfront lawns, pavers and light after dark.
Photos from our own job sites around Lee County: grading, new sod, paver walkways, irrigation and landscape lighting.

- GradeWe shape the ground first with topsoil and fill, so water drains away from the house and the lawn sits level with the hardscape.
- BuildPavers go down over a compacted base. The irrigation is laid out so the heads throw onto the lawn and beds, not the walkway.
- PlantWe lay sod and planting beds last, once the grade and water are right.
- LightLow-voltage lighting brings out the palms, beds and paths at night.

Why Unplugged Designs
A local company that does the work itself.
- Family-owned and based in Fort Myers. We work across Lee County and nearby Southwest Florida.
- Licensed and insured. Work on your property is done by a licensed, insured local company.
- Design and installation under one roof. The people who plan the job are the people who build it.
- Our own material delivery. We load and haul soil, stone and shell ourselves, so projects are not waiting on a third-party supplier.
- More than one trade. Planting, irrigation, lighting, drainage, pavers, cleanups and pressure washing can be planned together instead of juggled across contractors.
- Clear quotes. Material prices are published, and delivery fees are set by ZIP code and quoted before you confirm.
- Built for local conditions. Sandy soil, heavy summer rain, salt air and full sun shape every recommendation we make.

Great clean top soil. Very flexible delivery, great communication and very professional. I recommend to all who are looking for good organic top soil and not recycled mulch.

Absolutely wonderful experience with Unplugged Designs! We recently purchased 3 yards of their premium screened topsoil for our vegetable garden beds, and we couldn’t be happier with the quality.
