Most landscape materials are sold by the cubic yard. As a general rule, one cubic yard covers about 100 square feet at a 3-inch depth, though this varies by material and desired depth. Use our Material Calculator to get an estimated quantity based on your project's length, width, and depth.

Our trucks need a clear path to your driveway or drop-off location. If you live in a community with HOA restrictions on bulk deliveries or dump trucks, please check your HOA guidelines and let us know about any access limitations before your delivery date.

Yes. Loose materials like topsoil, sand, and gravel naturally settle and compact after delivery, especially following rain or foot traffic. It's common to order slightly more than your calculated amount to account for settling.
